Federal air transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) has doubled the list of Russian airlines, whose services are available to officials. This was reported on the Agency’s website.
The list consisted of 25 airlines in the expanded list, there are 49 of them. In comparison with the previous list, the new has expanded, mostly with regional carriers. In particular, the “Angara”, “Volgograd airline” Komiaviatrans “pankh”, “pioneer”, “Khabarovsk airlines”, “Chukotavia”.
Also, Russian officials can fly in trips largest airlines, including “Aeroflot”, “Siberia”, “Russia”, “UTair”, “Win”, “Yamal”, “Ural airlines”, “Yakutia” and others.
In addition, the list includes airlines of the countries of the Eurasian economic Union. He has not undergone changes compared to the previous version. Currently, Russian officials can use the services of seven international airlines: Air Armenia, “Belavia” (Belarus), Air Kyrgyzstan, Air Manas Avia Traffic Company (Kyrgyzstan), Air Astana, SCAT (Kazakhstan).
In October 2015, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which officials can fly in trips only Russian airlines or carriers of countries included in the Eurasian economic Union. It was noted that the exception is possible, if the airline “does not carry out the passenger transport to the place of secondment a civil servant or when booking tickets on these airlines cannot because of their absence for the duration of the trip the civil servant”.
