PATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that he was glad to resolve the problems with the visit of German parliamentarians to the Turkish military base of Incirlik, believes that the obstacles to the efforts to combat banned in Russia and other countries a terrorist group “Islamic state” should not be, he told reporters in Ankara. “The issue of Incirlik base and the visit of German parliamentarians is the issue of bilateral relations between Germany and Turkey, which created some problems.
